Services
We provide building maintenance, MEP works, HVAC installation & maintenance, painting, carpentry, and related services within the UAE. Service timelines, costs, and deliverables will be agreed upon before commencement.

Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed quotation and schedule. Delayed payments may result in a halt or cancellation of services.

Liability
We are committed to high-quality work but are not liable for delays or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Refunds will be processed based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Amendments
High Sky Bldg Maint reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
